The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Clause 32 of the Law "On Standards, Technical Regulations and Procedures of Conformity Assessment" (re Abolition of Conformity Declaration Registration)

The bill (Reg. No. 6234) excludes the provision of Clause 32 of the Law, under which the producer (importer) shall register declarations on the conformity of technical regulations objects at the central executive authority bodies.
